The rooms were huge, comfy, and complete with a bed in the bigger bedroom, a kitchen, and an angled ceiling. the staff were amazingly great, and the location was stunning. the hotel is a great place to enjoy the beautiful area.

thoroughly enjoyed my nice stay in my road trip. apartment i stayed at was huge for kids to run about. had a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. location: the hotel was adjacent to hiking, and the leman's lake. besides, lac de la beunaz lake was 4 km away from the property.

It is very quit resort and it’s the best place for vocation.

Reception must be there 24 hour. or dont leave at afternoon.

The stunning lake view and the peaceful setting close to the Thollon les Memises ski area and Lac Leman make it a great option for a quick getaway.

Friendly check-in staff who recommended good local restaurants. Very clean, good bathroom and nice bathroom toiletries which was a bonus.

Not many local dining options catering well for children who get hungry before 7pm (this is France though) and no dinner options on site. Either both bedside lights were broken or I couldn't work out how to switch them on.

The hotel has stunning location near the mountains, the nearest supermarket in Lugrin and forest and Lake Geneva. It also was middle in forrest.

- The hotel staff was very helpful. We had booked a two room apartment but when we saw our apartment it was very small and disappointing. We requested a bigger room and were given a chalet at a reduced rates. Staff went an extra mile to help us as the reception was closed by the time we checked-in.

- Some of the rooms/ apartment are very small and without proper windows/balcony. This is what we initially found. But the Chalets were spacious with a big balcony. - the site is at some distance from restaurants which is not very convenient. This is not a problem if you are not cooking. - the site is difficult to find, my gps didn't have this hotel nor the street where it is located.

I liked the studio apartment concept. Although we stayed only for one night, I would highly recommend those who are on a budget but like to have a bit of room to stay here.

Great, if remote location, with beautiful view over Lake Geneva. Cute Chalets, booking the biggest ones are recommended. Pool great for the kids, well heated.

It's not easy to find it coz it's on the top of a hill.

The internet connection was very good, quick and didn't cost a dime. The setting in the landscape is beautiful and we spent a very nice and quiet holiday there.

We stayed in a three-room chalet, which is the option whith the most space, ready for six people. We were only two adults and a child. But even than we felt pretty cramped and after nine days were happy to return home to have some more space. In wintertime I would not recommend the place, since out of nine days we had seven days of deft fog, coming up from the lake and covering the sun completely. The chalet has very poor insulation and the first days it was never really getting warm inside, even though we put the heating on 30 degrees day and night and never opening any windows. Only when we started to have neighbours in the same house it was getting warm.
